What to Know before booking!

Location:

My business serves the Tulsa Metro area so there maybe extra charges if you are outside of my primary area.  

My prices assume a traveling distance of 20 miles from Downtown Tulsa.

Meet and Greet:

Before I confirm a booking with any new client I do a meet and greet to ensure I am a good fit for your furry ones.

For new pets of existing clients I do a meet and greet with the newest family member as well.

Terms and Conditions:

New Client Deposit.  

For distances over the above I will have to charge a prepaid mileage and time amount and I will credit the time amount back on your first booking.  Good news, this is a one time expense.  I use the IRS mileage reimbursement rate for miles over 20 and $20 an hour for my time (including drive/windshield time) with a 2 hour minimum.

Additional Services

If there is any plant watering, vacuuming, taking out the trash, putting trash receptacles to the curb or other household items you may want done, we can discuss those at the meet and greet. 
If there is an additional charge for these I will include it in a quote.

Peace of mind

I will text daily pictures with updates and or a daily rundown of what is happening!

Payment

Most of my clients pay cash but I also take CashApp, Paypal or Venmo.

New Client deposit

When you are a new client before a booking I will have a non-refundable deposit of $50.
